Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express Delivery (Major Cities): 1–3 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000
• PKR 200–300 flat rate for orders below PKR 5,000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Orders above PKR 10,000 may require advance payment.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, Orneza will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service.
